Eligibility Criteria for Vendor Registration
a. Evidence of incorporation of the company by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b. Form CO2 and CO7.
c. Evidence of Registration with Relevant Professional Bodies (as applicable).
d. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC).
e. Evidence of VAT Registration.
f. Company Audited Accounts for the last three years.
g. Evidence of Compliance with the Provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2004.
h. Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
i. Evidence of Compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
j. Evidence of at least 3 Similar Jobs executed within the last 5 years, including letters of award and completion certificates.
k. Company Profile with Curriculum Vitae of major company personnels
a. Valid Identification: Government-issued ID (e.g., National ID card, Driver’s License, or International Passport).
b. Tax Compliance: Possession of a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
c. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
d. Educational Qualifications.
e. Skills/Expertise: Demonstrated expertise or skill in the proposed service or product offering.
