ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

a. Evidence of incorporation of the company by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

b. Evidence of Registration with Relevant Professional Bodies (as applicable)

c. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC)

d. Evidence of VAT Registration

e. Company Audited Accounts for the last three years

f. Evidence of Compliance with the Provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2004

g. Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)

h. Evidence of Compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)

i. Evidence of at least 3 Similar Jobs executed in the last 3 years from 2020, including letters of award and completion certificates for the selected services

j. Detailed Resume for Individual Consultants/Staff
